Sheila has been a member of the Business Women of Missouri, Excelsior Springs Club since 1999. She has always been a very active, engaged member and has held various positions at the Local, Regional and State level, she has also served on the State Foundation Board.
Sheila has a deep respect for the Organization and takes a tremendous amount of pride in being a member and serving the Business Women of Missouri mission. She welcomes new members and fosters warm relationships between existing members.
Sheila is an excellent listener and remains open to ideas. She relates well to old and new members alike, and this skill is invaluable at this time, as our organization is pressed to adapt and find new ways and strengthen membership.
She and her husband, Greg, have been married for 45 years and have 3 children, 11 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren. Sheila has been employed at Dit-Mco International for 40 years, were she is a Production Supervisor. Her hobbies are making quilts and spending time with family and friends.
Debra has been a member of the St. Louis Metro BWM for 6 years. She has held various positions at the Local, Regional and State level and has served on the State Foundation Board.
She has been married to Perry for 33 years and has 2 sons and 2 grandsons. Debra has been employed by Quest Diagnostics for the past 22 years. She likes to spend time with her family.
Melissa has been a member of the Chillicothe Local for 15 years and has served in various positions at the local, regional, and state board level.
She and her husband Kenny of 31 years have 2 grown children. Melissa’s professional career has been in banking for the last 30 plus years. Currently, she is employed by Citizens Bank and Trust Company as the Vice President of Internal Audit.
Melissa is a member of the Jamesport United Methodist Church and enjoys working with the youth of her community. Her hobbies include horseback riding, gardening, crafts, and spending time with family and friends.
Sandra graduated from Brookfield High School in 1997 with a passion to serve others. Her career started with a degree in Criminal Justice from MACC leading her to serve as Chief of Police, Lieutenant and Deputy Court Marshall. Years later she changed passions to Long Term Healthcare and currently serves as Alzheimer’s Care Director/Certified Dementia Practitioner for Golden Living Center.
Sandra is currently the Maryville BWM President and enjoys spending time with her significant other and their 5 children. Sandra also enjoys thrift store shopping, bowling and reading.
